On SATURDAY, April 11th Project 37 is excited to present the first in a series of electronic music events at B-Side Indie Music Cafe!
Signal begins in the mind. It moves through hands, and systems, and relays before landing in the body.
Signal Flow is an electronic music event series rooted in sound system cultures—-bringing regional systems and the selectors who know how to run them. This event is about craft, community, and what it feels like when a room is tuned for movement.
This is show is ALL AGES and SOBER.
Doors open 5:30pm, music starts at 6pm.

MIKERAT //
MikeRat is a producer/instructor based in Minneapolis, MN. His music encompasses squelchy saw waves, bright arpeggiators, and his years as a drummer influenced mostly by hip-hop. He’ll sample anything from his favorite cartoons to old – school kung-fu movies, with a frightening adoration of ninjas. His tunes like to play pranks while occasionally dipping into more serious and even heartfelt themes. He’s been heard across labels like Wormhole and The Great Magnet, and is a resident performer of Infrasound Music Festival. He also instructs for Slam Academy, which is Minnesota’s only Ableton certified training center.
EYLXR //
Eylxr is a producer and DJ based in Minneapolis. Inspired by global and organic sounds – the sonic palette of Eylxr combines deep basslines & atmospheric soundscapes to embody dynamic, raw, and mystical energy in her music and sets. Her primary focus as a producer is dubstep and global bass music, and as a DJ branches into an additional vast selection of genres including techno, UKG, drum and bass, breaks, and downtempo/ambient. Her tasteful selections will take you on a multi-genre journey that bridges sound, culture, and community.
Making her circuits around the greater midwest, Eylxr has played a plethora of festivals, including the infamous Infrasound pyramid & equinox 360 stage, as well as the 360 & main stage at Symmetry Music Festival. She has featured on line ups with Truth, Enigma Dubz, Khiva, Epoch, Ternion Sound, Necromancer, Pushloop, and Colt Cuts, shelling it out around Minneapolis, Chicago, Denver, Omaha & more.
The intentions embedded within her musical project are to form a space and listening experience that allows self love, full expression, and personal freedom; aspiring to uplift and unify people through the power of music and dance. Her curation is fueled by understanding music as a language that everyone can speak, and the dance floor a space free of borders or barriers. Infused with her passion of activism, arts, and global awareness, she creates soundscapes with a story, meaning, and message.
ILLUDIUM//
Illudium is a dubstep producer representing Minneapolis. On the scene since 2015, he’s been a staple local act and a pillar in the bridge built between UK traditional and contemporary Midwest sounds. Now the owner and operator of the Head Inna Bin sound system, he continues to craft bass forward music that reminds audiences the roots of dubstep date all the way back to the reggae dancehalls of Jamaica. Expect a journey through the evolution of sounds from dubwise style through wonky wubs all the way into heavy “riddim” dubstep territory. The common thread is a deep respect and appreciation for the culture of bringing music out of the night clubs and into the community where it can be shared and enjoyed by all.
