Project 37 and KVSC present a brand new showcase of local St. Cloud & MPLS bands! We excited to feature this show on the SCSU campus at the Atwood Memorial Theater!

This show is on Sunday, March 23rd. Doors open at 5:30pm, music starts at 6pm. Cover charge is $5, but EVERY dollar that comes into Project 37 goes directly into funding more shows just like this one. THE SHACKLETONS // indie rock

The Shackletons are a hand-shakin’, name takin’ three piece indie rock band out of Minneapolis, MN. Comprised of three brothers digging themselves out from the snowbanks of Minneapolis, Colin on guitar & vox, Cameron on bass, and Evan on drums, the Shackletons are inspired by influences of punk, blues, indie, and whatever they can get their hands on. Their album “Formerly The Albatross” made it on Star Tribune’s top 10 albums of 2025 list!

PULLSTRING // alt rock

Pullstring is the modern everyday man rock band putting to words what it’s like to be a young adult in the ’20s. Hailing from the Twin Cities of Minnesota, they arrived on the music scene as venues began to open up following the lockdowns of the COVID19 pandemic.

Their brand of alternative rock is influenced by many artists throughout the decades and brings what fans call “nostalgic vibes” to listeners. Pullstring’s palette of sounds ranges from bittersweet, thoughtful songs to upbeat anthems.

SIMPLE MOTIONS // indie rock

Simple Motions, a group of young St. Cloud area musicians, blends modern indie rock with eighties nostalgia, crafting sonic landscapes and jangly melodies. Their cinematic sound, born from Avdems’ perspective as a frustrated filmmaker, aims to make audiences dance to their indie, new wave, and post-punk fusion.

Project 37 is a branch of the a non-profit Independent Music Collaborative of Central Minnesota (IMCCM) with a mission to provide spaces and opportunities for all ages to enjoy music in safe and sober environments. You can help us continue that goal by coming to shows, following us on social media, or telling people about what we do.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and the Central MN Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
